Pros : some of the bowls and burgers are really good and tasty, good cookies, good cakes.
Cons :
- the fries : Bland, moist, and not crispy
- they often forget to give the sauces with sides (e.g. With falafels, onion rings, wings...)

Very nice to have an all vegan place. We had the shiitake burger, which was very tasty! The fries however were a bit of a humid mess, not sure if this was an accident, but it was kind of strange. Normal price range for decent fast food I'd say. Would definitely visit again!

Read moreDie Burger die wir hatten waren recht gut. Die Pommes dagegen viel zu weich. Auch der Matcha war wohl eher auf den breiten Geschmack ausgelegt und viel zu süß.
Die kleinen Vleischwings waren widerrum ziemlich gut.
Die Bowl die wir hatten war insgesamt ganz gut, leider waren die Nudeln kalt.
Die Kekse waren sehr lecker, aber auch etwas teuer.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen* waren sehr nett und bemüht uns alles zu erklären.

Super découverte dans le centre de Nancy, ici de passage et quelle surprise de trouver ce restaurant 100% vegan ! Des options saines qui sortent de l’ordinaire ( saumon vegan, excusez moi 😍 ) bowls et burger, le rêves des vegans ! pour les desserts ! ( carré cacahuète ❤️ )

Only vegan restaurant in Nancy - Edit
Il est vraiment agréable d'avoir enfin un restaurant 100% vegan à Nancy. J'ai eu l'occasion d'emmener des amis et collègues omnivores plusieurs fois avec moi et ils étaient très contents. Les portions sont très satisfaisants et le carré cacahuète en dessert est un de mes préférés.

We stayed at Stanley hotel and were looking for a good and quick restaurant nearby. Restaurant is located in center Nancy between all the shops. Surprised that this is a fully vegan restaurant! Great and fast service, very friendly staff. We had the Signature burger and Shiitake burger with Fries and beverage (menu).

Les « chickens wings » sont sympas mais très chères au vu de la quantité. Les plats, burgers et frites sont très moyennes : clairement pas à la hauteur et trop gras (même pour du fast-food)

Dans le cœur de Nancy, vous trouverez le cadre idéal pour ravir n’importe quel végétalien. J’ai mangé plusieurs fois chez Copper Branch, et j’ai trouvé l’accueil étonnamment chaleureux pour une franchise. Il y a beaucoup de choix et vous y trouverez sûrement quelque chose à votre goût.

Les desserts sont très bons, le gâteau au chocolat en particulier. Seul bémol : la poutine était un peu noyée dans la sauce à mon goût.

The menu is rather large, and it contains many types of bowls, sandwiches and burgers; but also side dishes like a poutine, salads or hummus.

Since they are the only vegan place in Nancy (at the moment of writing), we ended up having lunch, snack and dinner there.
We had the Aristote, the General Copper and the Fusion Asiatique bowls; then we also tried the poutine, the nachos, the falafel roll, the carrot cake, and the banana/caramel pudding.
Everything we had was yummy; but our favorites were the General Copper bowl and the banana/caramel pudding.
There is plenty of space to eat-in or in the terrace; but during lunch time there might be a queue (you order at the counter) so I'd recommend arriving early.
In any case, everything is available for take away.
Pros: large choice, location, opening times
Cons: menu is a bit confusing
