Fairly usual - Edit
I can‘t really see why the reviews are THAT good - we liked our visit at Copper Branch but it was rather ordinary. My husband had a burger while I chose a bowl. Both were good, but nothing really special. Staff were friendly and the place was convenient to have lunch there while visiting this part of Brussels. It was also quite expensive for what it was, but of course that might be due to the location.

Finally! - Edit
Finally a vegan fast-food restaurant in Brussels. Definitely worth the money, the burgers are big and tasty enough. Everyone is eating in non-vegan stores around, so you won't have to wait long!

I visited for a quick lunch and was really impressed with the variety of foods.
Read moreThe chocolate mousse (aquafaba based) was literal heaven!!!
I opted for a burger meal which came with fries, a drink and a dessert.
It’s a very casual place to eat. You collect your food when it’s ready.
Pros: Great choice of foods from burgers to poke bowls , Chocolate mousse to die for , Plenty of tables to sit at
Cons: Closes early

Amazing soya drumsticks - Edit
Good food, but expensive. The soya chicken drumsticks however were amazing and definitely the highlight of the meal.

Tasty food even 30min before closing - Edit
Got there for late lunch/early dinner (aprox 4:00-4:30PM) while walking through Brussels. Food was served quickly, as there were only few people eating. Food was tasty and fresh. Price for what we ate and the location was realy good - less than 30€.

Tasty fast food - Edit
Wide range of options from salad bowls (with your choice of base and protein), burgers and sandwiches, sides and desserts. Meal deals available; slightly on the expensive side but decently priced for fresh, wholesome ingredients prepared to order. Our party had two burgers, chips, a sandwich and a bowl, and all were very tasty!

Tasty food and helpful staff - Edit
We chose this restaurant as we were in Brussels for a few hours and it was the closest to where we were - but we were glad we did! An extensive vegan menu and lots of choice. Due to a 'lost in translation' moment (the staff do speak English well but I'm an idiot) we ordered the wrong thing, but they were happy to change it at no charge to us. In the end we both had the Shiitake Teriyaki burger with fries, and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I would definitely head there again if in Brussels. Sorry for the mixup lovely staff!

Delicious all vegan food in a relaxed atmosphere - Edit
We were in Brussels two days before Christmas and found the few all vegan places to eat were mainly closed. We were about to give up then found Copper Branch and I'm so pleased we did. It was a quiet Monday afternoon and in an out of the way, quiet area but it was relatively busy so we knew it'd be good as soon as we walked in (and it was). The atmosphere was relaxed. They have menus in English and the staff speak perfect English.
Read moreThe menu was incredible, so much choice and all vegan. We spent a long time deciding what to have as it all looked lovely. In the end we got a power bowl (basically buddha bowl) each and some 'drumsticks/wings'. My bowl had black beans, tempeh, quinoa, sweet potato, sweetcorn and brocolli and it was delicious, filling and healthy. The vegan drumsticks/wings were incredible! My partner is a recent vegan and was so impressed - he said they were nicer than meat.
It wasn't cheap but this is Brussels and the Euro rate against the £ is not good. We paid 37 euros for two power bowls, three small drumsticks/wings, one soft drink and one smoothie. It was lovely though and inspired us to make similar food back at home. Highly recommend this place, one of the nicest meals I've had in a long time.
Pros: All vegan menu with a wide range of choice , Delicious food , Relaxed atmosphere
Cons: Not cheap (though not too expensive)

Nice food, quite expensive for a cafe - Edit
Both Copper Branches have nice food served quickly and plenty of gluten free options. I really liked the salad bowls and the burgers. They often seem to be out of things on the menu, but it may be teething pains since they recently opened. They layout in this branch is nice too.

Tiny portions - Edit
I was super happy about a vegan place opening nearby my work. I went once and had a matcha smoothie, it was quite small, I was still hungry after. Later on I had a energising bowl to take away, the takeaway box was really small n I thought « oh no! Not again a super small portion ! » but when I have opened the box there was a reasonable portion inside all compacted . Next day I went to get a hummus portion n it was so small I have decided not to go back. A bit frustrating experience since the taste of the food is good.

I am sorry to hear that portions are small with some of the items. I have taken only bowls and soups so far and I was very satisfied with the quantity every time. The medium bowl is quite generous I find for 10 euros and largely enough for a medium hunger. And the big one for 13 is really filling. Ingredients always fresh and tasty and, moreover - they told me - they try to buy most of them organic and local. So the quality*quantity/price ratio seems to me quite ok.

Very happy to have them around - Edit
Since I learned they opened, I have been going everyday, with a different friend and I realise I am so much happier and relaxed. Every lunch I have there I just end up laughing. Oh and the food is very good, and portions are great! I am sooo tired after years of working in the area, going out to a eatery and just struggling to find one thing that is old and tasteless for me to eat-so I never went out if I can avoid it. So it's sooo nice to have somewhere where I can just feel normal for once. And it takes me less than 2 minutes walking to get to.
Read moreAll meals are prepared on order so you have to order and wait for a short bit (which I prefer 1000 times more than going to a exki or pulp and getting a cold ready meal wrapped in plastic which I have to eat, even worse heating your own meal after waiting to pick it, then pay for it then you have to wait for a microwave-that's just wrong! ), even if many ingredients are ready, they do the finishing touches for you. This is VERY important for me, to have something that is made after ordering
I like that I can order anything off the menu. I like how big the menu is. I am Canadian and haven't been to a copperbranch in canada expecting to go to the one in Nieuwstraat, but then this opened around my work. So for me I like it more as the menu feels familiar to me. Ah Poutine... I could almost cry😄
Downside: NO DUTCH menu... ugh wtf?!
The use some plastic but not much, it could be better and I expect they will make it better. They should offer free water--it's Canadian courtesy to just be given water, but oh well.

Nice fast food, room for improvement - Edit
Nice to have a 100% vegan fast food in the area, with lots of tasty options, including gluten free ones. However, they should strive to propose organic food, and less plastic (and recycle!). They should also provide customers with a list of ingrédients (I boycott palm oil and unfortunately sometimes I have unpleasant surprises with vegan food...) The staff is very friendly, the place is cosy (brand new in fact!) and clean
