Fun Malaysian Cooking Experience 👩‍🍳

I recommend this cookery school in George Town if you are looking for an authentic culinary experience in Malaysia.

Chef Samuel and his wife were lovely and made me feel welcome in their home. They also provided a hotel pickup/drop off at no extra cost.

Most of the recipes can be veganised and there are over 70 dishes to choose from! I made the Aloo Gobi, Roti Nan, and Kuih Kosui, which is a traditional Malaysian steamed rice cake flavoured with pandan.

One of the highlights of my day was visiting the local market to buy freshly made coconut milk 🥥
