One vegan option - Edit
The restaurant is obviously meat-oriented. You just have to look at their logo. They have one vegan option, apart from a dalad. I had to explain to the waitress the difference between vegetarian and vegan. The restaurant is nice, though.

Difficult to find veg options in Carcassonne but here you can find a very tasty vegan (and gluten free) dish, on a nice terrasse and served with a smile.

Buona scelta a Carcassonne - Edit
Ci sono almeno un antipasto, un piatto principale e un dessert (insalata di frutta), ma almeno c'è una scelta accettabile. I piatti sono ben concepiti per i vegani e gustosi, contengono legumi e semi per un buon apporto proteico e non solamente verdure come spesso accade.
