They could teach their staff to understand veganism better. I asked before being seated if a vegan dish was possible, they said of course. I said again when ordering that I was vegan and ordered gazpacho and asked if the vegetarian spaghetti could be made vegan, I said without cheese in case of confusion, again I was told yes. The gazpacho was good although the crispy onions in the salad on the side tasted if they could have been fried in animal fat. The spaghetti arrived with parmesan on top, they changed it but the new dish arrived in a very short time making me wonder if they had just mixed it up, also completely drowned in oil, making it very unpalatable. I think it's safe in France to only eat where the vegan options are clearly marked as vegan on the menu. Also too rushed between courses and bringing the bill.

Really struggled to find places with vegan options. Pizza was a good size. Friendly staff. It tasted good. Can't complain with extremely limited options available in the area.
