Quick friendly service

Asked for a vegan Mezze platter for two. Was nicely surprised by what we were given. The food was really tasty and the service quick and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Pros: Food was tasty, Service was friendly , Service was quick

A little disappointing

I have given them 3 chances but unfortunately everytime I leave disappointed. Considering its mostly Mediterranean food you would think there would be a good selection of vegan options. Hard to get a decent meal here let alone have it severed within a hour. The exterior and interior are both beautiful and inviting but the staff as much as they may try did not provide a friendly service. I also have a feeling the food isn't freshly made by the taste and looks of it, which is a shame!

Pros: Nicely decorated

Cons: Pricey, bad service and not enough veggie options

Terrible lunch

This place only has baba ganush, houmous, taboule, a vegan soup and pickles suitable for vegans. Not even the falafel are vegan! Didn't know that was even possible! Not much more for vegetarians. It's great if you want a liquid lunch as most of the wines are vegan. Service was slow.

Pros: None

Cons: Too numerous to mention

Limited choice

The only main course options are a mezze platter or an aubergine tagine (without yoghurt). Falafel aren't vegan, apparently. However, the tagine is lovely. Service was pleasant if not terribly efficient.

Pros: Tasty

Cons: Not much choice

Lunchtime Stopover

This was an impromptu lunch break as we headed home after a walk through Oxford City Centre. The vegetarian food was very good. The service wasn’t very fast as they didn’t seem to have enough staff on to deal with a busy Saturday lunchtime. It was friendly when it did arrive though. On the whole I’m sure we will return as we enjoyed the food and it’s convenience on the way home. It’s a very welcome addition to the city centre.
