Vegan options, open late - Edit
Vegetarian section on the menu. I wanted the soup - but they were out. I ordered the veggie burger, which was nice but a bit bland. Came with a salad and balsamic dressing. Gingerbread cookie for dessert. Nice staff. The area seemed a little sketchy - smoke shop, people hanging around and 3 police cars on site when we exited. Was great to find somewhere open late with vegan options though! Parking out front, restrooms inside.

Run by locals for locals and all world travelers. Service is lovely and food is outstanding. The roasted beet salad and the kale salad were super fresh and had all the healthy ingredients.

We stopped in here for lunch and shared the beet salad ... which was one of the most divine salads I've ever eaten. Came back the next day and had one each! Highly recommend (can be ordered without the goat cheese).

Used to Love This Place - Edit
We spend a lot of time upcountry during frequent trips to Maui and Colleen’s used to be my favorite lunch spot there. But the last time we were on the island (December 2018) they were no longer serving the organic life burger nor Veganaise. The field greens salad is delicious, as is the balsamic vinegar dressing (which is vegan, according to the server). But that’s about all they have for vegans.

The menu has a vegetarian section that includes an Organic Life Burger that is actually vegan and is served with vegenaise. The burger itself is locally-made and both the fries and the burger was absolutely delicious. They have other varied options on the menu and all the ingredients were fresh. The staff was very nice and they knew exactly what vegan meant. The atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly.
