We really enjoyed our guacamole, tomato, and lettuce sandwich on a fresh bun. Service was fast and the owner used fresh ingredients to make the sandwiches while we waited. The chai tea was excellent! We would definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

The vegan options aren't ample but the ones that are there are very tasty- the guac bagel with sunflower seeds was wonderful, the homemade guacamole was lemony and fresh. The smoothies are also delish and everything is very nicely served. My favourite part is that it's pet friendly and so cute and cozy inside. Coffee/tea service also good, with soy, almond and oat milk options and an effort towards using low waste materials such as paper straws and recycled napkins.

Very nice little coffee. The staff was lovely and the food (bagel with guacamole and tomato) was worth the 20 minutes wait. They also have great fresh smoothies!
