Ate here twice, our hostel was literally upstairs so location couldn’t have been more convenient for us.
Read moreThe food was excellent - full of flavour, healthy, colourful, and they put a lot of effort into the presentation. At 10:30am we were also able to order from the regular main menu and not only the breakfast menu, which I appreciated because I had a craving for a banh mi - and it was sooooo good.
Can’t believe such a spot exists in a small town like Salento, highly recommend!

The only full vegan restaurant in town needed to be tested. First one to be open I had Tofu scramble (huevos revueltos veganos) and the cinnamon roll.
Read moreBoth came nicely presented, the little extra pays off! They bring you salt, pepper and chili flakes to season it the way you want it. After a coffee tour I had to come back to try the Vietnamese Summerrolls and the Sopa Thai. The Summer Rolls were delicioso but I like it with a mint leaf better for the extra Kick. It came with a rich creamy tasty sauce. The sopa Thai was more a curry with a creamy sauce but balanced well with some spicy kick! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Will come back! 5 estrellas!

Se nota que el lugar ha sido construido con pasión, en sus platos se puede saborear esto; además tratan a su gente con amor y eso se refleja en la calidez del personal y su sonrisa al atenderte. En su menú cuentan la historia de como lo que comenzó siendo un sueño se ha hecho realidad, de verdad los platos son deliciosos, mi plato favorito fue el curry y tienen un rollo de canela con helado de açai, recomendadísimo 🤤 además los precios son muy razonables, tienen porciones balanceadas y la comida se ve fresca, además es delicioso y si tienes alergias como en mi caso, ellos están dispuestos a ayudarte y tienen opciones adicionales en su menú para que puedas consumirlo sin miedo; en Salento encuentras lugares que te cobran el doble y aquí los precios son justos además nos contaban que todas las personas que trabajan allí tienen acceso a un salario justo que incluye salud, pensión y otros beneficios que desafortunadamente no todo el mundo en Colombia puede tener. Recomendadísimo!

I was really excited to visit coco bowl however was very disappointed. We ordered the spring rolls, bao buns, gyozas and banh mí all lacked in flavour and needed improvement. However Based on the reviews we may have ordered badly as the other dishes do look good and the restaurant was nice and had very good service. However I expected a lot better from a highly reviewed all vegan restaurant

I went here 5 days in a row. Perfect little restaurant with wide selection. The cinnamon roll is PERFECT! The pad Thai was a bit disappointing, I think main dishes are not their area of expertise. Really good to get some work done on your laptop too. Cute dogs!

The food options are really hard to choose from since everything sounds and looks super delicious! I went for the pad Thai and it was a great choice. The portion could have been a little bit bigger though. The food was ready within just a few minutes and the service was very nice.

Cute vegan place, great bowls - Edit
We went to Coco Bowl for our first lunch in Salento and were pretty content. I had a Poke bowl and my partner had Pad Thai but he thought the portion was a bit small. I loved my poke bowl, beautifully spiralled fresh veggies, nice sauce and nourishing. The restaurant is on the main touristy street of Salento and at the bottom of a hill where you can go for an amazing sunset.

Would definitely recommend it, but if you eat a lot you may need a main with something extra.
Also I love being able to get something like a healthy buddha bowl or poke bowl in Colombia. It's amazing

Food is delicious, nice staff. Cosy atmosphere. It's a bit more on the expensive side but it is good quality. Variety of options on the menu, dishes that are typically hard to find in Colombia. The only thing I would say is that the portions were quite small. I left still feeling hungry, and for that I would take away a star.

Highly recommend this place, the food is delicious and there’s so many good options! We ate there four days in a row. My favourite dishes were the porridge and the tofu burger 👌🏻😍. The scrambled tofu was also really tasty!

Amazing vegan jem in Salento - Edit
Incredible restaurant with a huge menu. It is owned by backpackers that travelled through Thailand, so they have quite a few Asian dishes as well. The food was really amazing the people there very friendly. They don't have so many tables but there are also some seats outside.

We ate here the most on our trip, mostly because we were craving none fried food. The owner was lovely and we lvoed gis sotey of how the restaurant came about. Was the first time we actually had a frothy latte in colombia! The smoothie bowls are delicious, the toasts arent toasted but still good. The main Asian dishes are more asian inspired vs authentic flavors but nevertheless good. Our fav was the Thai burger!

I ate there everyday In Salento. Everything is vegan, super fresh and they had many many things on the menu! I didn't have the time to try them all. Lots of fresh, healthy options. I don't know where they source their vegetables, but they are the freshest thing on earth.

Homemade cream cheese. Taste was great - they could add a bit more cream cheese though and the portion size is not so big but gets ok for the price.

Wished it to be more creamy and a bigger portion.
Nice kind of new seating outside with a view on the busy pathway. Great place to rest and enjoy.
