Loved this place a lot! :( - Edit
My heart is breaking for this place :( I ate dürüm here countless times, mostly on busy home office days when I did not have time to eat more traditional lunch and only had time to grab something I can take home and eat in front of my PC while working. But while it functioned perfectly as a worst-case-scenario tummy saver, it was much more than that: we also visited the restaurant several times with my husband too during weekends. We both loved the taste of the herby-bitter, spicy dough they added to the dürüm, and in my opinion, with the crispy vegetables added it was much better than any similar food, like vegan kebabs or falafel wraps. And it was cheap, too!
Read moreThe staff was always kind to fulfill my special requests on which vegetables to exclude and which to add as an extra from the salad bar, and extras from the salad bar were added with no extra cost :)
During the summer rumors caught up that the restaurant will close, but when I asked the staff they told me it's only going to be renovation. After long months of being closed without any visible progress (and an inactive facebook page) I slowly started to lose hope that they will ever reopen, and finally another restaurant has opened in their place. Based on how many times I have eaten alone or with only one or two people around, and how many times I have seen people come in and leave without ordering, I wouldn't say it surprises me, still, I really miss this place, that taste, and am super sad about the closure :(

Night out buddy - Edit
Delicious Turkish food without additives, big servings for a pretty good price. Vegan food is clearly labelled, though the menu isn't written in English, but you can figure it out from the pictures. It's open until 1am, perfect before or after or during partying - such a life saver, you can fill your tummy with healthy food instead of french fries from McDonalds!

Delicious cig köfte - Edit
Perfect cig köfte wraps, just like those in Istanbul if not even better. Vegan options are clearly labelled. Price for a wrap equivalent to about 2.50 euros, so a super cheap and tasty yet filling meal.
Read moreThe negative reviews are probably from people who haven't tried cig köfte before, but I can assure you that this is a top notch place for this speciality.
Pros: Great taste with fresh vegetables , Nice staff , Cheap
Cons: None, unless you don't like cig köfte

Fast food - Edit
The cigköfte dürüm I had was pretty good. The price was alright, too. Be careful with the ice cream, though. Even though the restaurant is supposed to be all vegan, like half of their ice cream contains dairy.

Very unfriendly service - Edit
We came here with high excpectations, but apparently they weren't excpecting any clients. Everything was written in Hungarian so we asked for help and recommendations in English but they didn't say one single word. Finally we got some cigköftem balls with salad but they were quite average. For dessert we tried Vegan Ice Cream but selection wasn't really good, mostly the same sorbets you can get anywhere. Vegan Punch Ice Cream was really good though and had a nice youghurty texture! Still can't rate high because of the incredibly unwelcoming service :(

We are sad about this event, we saw that there is no vegan çiğköfte in Budapest and it opens on September 15th! (Different business owner)
