Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Almost everywhere in Europe but vegan wise Poland, Vilnius and Budapest are the best places. Would like to see still more of Eastern Europe and America!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Hail seitan! Also cold smoked tofu is worth mentioning. In general, I like everything, especially the "meat subsitutes" and soy products like cutlets etc. I want my protein! Oh, and sweet things too!
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Skinny Bitches! Forks over knives is something every medical student should see.
