In entrambi i primi piatti ho trovato dei difetti o che mancasse qualcosa. I “fusilli” erano un po’ troppo cotti e l’idea di un pesto crudo di cavolo rosso secondo me non è stata particolarmente brillante perché la verdura rilasciava una sorta di acquetta in fondo al piatto. Il riso invece sapeva davvero di poco, ho trovato che la zucca forse non fosse buona o comunque poco saporita.

Siamo stati accolti benissimo, abbiamo atteso pochissimo, ci hanno servito un entrèe al cavolo viola con salsa davvero squisita e poi sono subito arrivate le ordinazioni.

Don't expect to eat huge portions. Yet, relatively good tasty Italian food. In summer you can enjoy the location outside and looking at the 'foro romano'.

always nice to find somewhere that’s all vegan, but we were a bit confused when visiting cibo. menus were in english but staff didn’t speak english so we weren’t sure what to order, lots of different sections on the menu so we didn’t know what sizes would be like etc. just chose things that sounded like main courses (pumpkin katsu and a vegan burger-€19 each); the burger was small and the katsu was tiny! very small portion sizes for price. all tasted good and arrived quickly, seems like a lovely small business to support so i recommend trying- but probably need to spend a bit more to get enough food!

We had luch in the square nearby the restaurant. We shared two starters: a small hummus trio, made of well flavored beatroot and cannellini beans variations; and a 'caponata'-like (sweet and salt fried aubergines, Sicilian-style) dish served with crunchy Sardinian bread. As mains, we had a very tasty fried trio, made of lentils falafel, hand made chips and vegetables tempura (which was the less tasty of the trio); and a pasta made with saffron and lemon cream. We also enjoyed two tiramisù as dessert: choccolate and peach-taste ones. Food and atmosphere were very pleasant, the place is expensive like all the other restaurants in the area, but at least you can enjoy good-prepared vegan food.

Read moreLe service est le plus gros point négatif. Les serveuses sont souvent absentes, même lorsqu'il commence à nous pleuvoir dessus (la salle intérieure était fermée, nous étions obligés de rester en extérieur), nous avons du bouger les tables nous-mêmes avec d'autres clients.
En bref, l'atmosphère était assez étrange, le service pas terrible, les plats beaux et bons mais trop chers pour la quantité servie.

What a nice surprise to find a fully vegan restaurant in Aosta (thank you Happy Cow) the restaurant was hidden in a small alley and the terras was on a little square. Lots of choices on the menu and the service was good (the youg girls worked hard to make sure everything was ok) the food was good en we had a lovely time.

Read moreThe menu offers plenty of choice and what I liked the most is that they veganize some of the most famous Italian dishes.
Their pasta (with lemon, basil and Safran) was one of the best pasta I've ever eaten!
I was a bit disappointed by the dessert though...it was supposed to be a tiramisu but came very moisty and blend.
The place is very well decorated and clean and waiters were very friendly.

Buongiorno, direi che non è vero che avete scelto diversi piatti … avete optato per un menu degustazione , strutturato per 1 persona, e volevate dividerlo in due, a quel punto ho spiegato che il menu era ridotto e che in due non era possibile mangiare . A quel punto la signorina di e’ rimessa i calzini e le scarpe che aveva tolto 😱😱e siete andati via senza nemmeno salutare.

Buongiorno, non penso di essere rude come voi mi definite, sono andata a togliere dal tavolo dove 2 bimbi giocavano ,non con una candela ma con una lampada ,che ritengo non sia un giocattolo! Credo anche che prima di criticare il mio operato dovreste imparare voi l’educazione, siete entrati ed usciti dal ristorante come se foste a casa vostra senza nemmeno salutare. Tastefull and friendly fully vegan experience. Always nice to see that veganism is continually spreading in Italy. Reasonable price. The terrace underneath the plastic tent with a bright cold lamp was typically Italian, thus can be worked on. Taken into consideration that Italians dine with primo/secondo, the portions were still a little small with only two small tomatoes, cut in half, as garnish on my pasta eggplant ‘with tomatoes’

Arrived here on a short trip to this beautiful town, starving and eager for an Italian dinner! We were a little disappointed by the food. It was quite tasty, but not amazing, and portions were quite small, considering the price!
Read moreThe staff were very friendly though, and they gave us free starters, that were good. But the best part was the location! We sat outside, with a beautiful view of ancient architecture and a stunning sunset. I recommend it if you’re not on too tight of a budget:)
