Even though I double-checked over the phone, that they could serve vegan food for me.
So of course worst of all, I as a vegan, was served honey and secondary and not so important my girlfriend, who would have liked to have had dairy products/cheese, was disappointed not to get this.
Explained the dilemma of serving honey to a vegan, but it didn’t seem like the otherwise super friendly and accommodating host, quite understood this.
It was a rather expensive menu, and had expected a price reduction since they didn’t serve vegan food for me, so I was a little disappointed and sad, when this didn’t happen.
But despite everything, the restaurant was really cozy and the dish without honey in it, was really delicious, and the two hosts were very friendly and present.
So I really hope that in the future they will get a handle on which products you can’t serve to a vegan.
Pros: Cozy and intimate atmosphere, Delicious food/Wine (except the dish with honey)
Cons: I was served food with honey, My girlfriend didn't get vegetarian food, A bit too expensive for plant vs. meat menu

Amazing food - Edit
We called a few hours before going to dinner there and informed them that we were going to be two vegans. They were very creative with the dishes and they both looked and tasted amazing!
