Fine dining with a view - Edit
You should call a day ahead for this one and it is worth the effort. Their regular set menu may not always include vegan options but their super friendly and capable cook was more than happy to prepare three vegan courses just for us. The food reaches fine dining level while reasonably priced. We agreed to be surprised and had an avocado-mango tatar, pea-spaghetti with a great mushroom sauce an a freshly baked coconut cake. The next night featured handmade gnocchi and a carrot cake. The cook loves to experiment and will whip up something tasty for you. They also serve a brunch buffet with great vegan options. The Café Plateau, nestled in the cliffs at Hotel Klippen, boasts a beautiful view over the Gudhjem harbour.
