Chocolate making workshop - Edit
Great time at the workshop. Everyone is given vegan "semi-sweet" (55% cocoa, 45% sugar) chocolate to shape into a bar with various optional additions such as nuts, berries, and spices. The class begins with the chocolate making itself and as the bars are setting, the instructor takes you through the history and production of cocoa and chocolate in Guatemala. There is also a chance to create and sample some classic "chocol-ha" (a Mayan drink made from cocoa bean shells) to share with the classmates. The hot drinks contain honey and dairy milk, but our instructor was kind enough to substitute soy for us when we made her aware. A fun time overall - do let them know ahead of the class if you are vegan.

i joined the workshop which was lots of fun! you get to make your own dark chocolate😄they also offer cacao beans raw, with peel and peeled to try. then there’s tea made with honey and chocolate milk so the drinks are not vegan but still recommended the workshop for the experience!! #Veganuary

They have a lot of dark chocolate without milk. Even the chocolate with which fruits are coated is vegan (I asked). In addition, you will also find the best vegan dark chocolate ice cream I've ever had. A few other fruit ice cream varieties are also vegan.

Chain chocolates - Edit
The selection of chocolate products is huge, but it’s certainly not the best chocolate Guatemala has to offer. I tried the stevia chocolate, which was inedible, and I’ve purchased a bar that was old and crumbly. Prices are higher than average.
