Read moreTo be honest I wouldn’t go back. The tantanmen ramen was super oily but also didn’t taste of much. No tofu.
Also tried the cauliflower, tastes mostly of a wine reduction.
The noodles were pretty good though.

Several clearly marked vegan and gluten free options. We had a fabulous tempura cauliflower, followed by shoyu and curry ramen. The staff here take the craft very seriously, and we got to watch the whole process from the bar seats!

I was so happy I found this spot. Perfect place for both vegans and non vegans. The vegan options were clearly labeled & the staff appeared knowledgeable and friendly. I got the shoyu vegan ramen because it was their most popular and I was delighted with my choice! I also ordered the vegan dumplings 1000/10 I could eat those on repeat. Happy we tried this place out!
