Such yummy food! - Edit
Lovely little place, the garden is a nice place to enjoy food and coffee. Vietnamese specialties are the best way to go as they are cheaper. But if you’re craving something different the ‘beef’ sandwich was delicious and filling.

Amazing food - Edit
All vegan restaurant and a great place to try vegan versions of Vietnamese specialities. Had the Vietnamese pancakes and really enjoyed them. They also do decent coffee (coconut milk is the milk option). Vietnamese options are cheap (40k to 60k), more western options are expensive (80k to 120k).

A must try in Hoi An - Edit
A lovely little restaurant serving vegan Vietnamese food. Once you find the entrance (go down the alleyway between the kindy and the coconut shop) you'll be glad you did.

Highly recommend eating here! - Edit
To find the Chickpea Eatery I'd recommend following the instructions on google maps, where they wrote the exact address and a description of how to find the restaurant. We ate here twice and it was delicious! The first time we had two Banh Mi, one with scrambled tofu and the other one with tempeh (a bit spicy!). The day after we tried cao lau and the spring rolls with glass noodles and peanut sauce and both were incredibly good. As a dessert we shared a piece of apple pie (wasn't that great). They don't serve coffee.

Best restaurant in Vietnam😍 - Edit
Really good vietnamese food. For me a vegan restaurant is even more authentic and better, if the staff is also vegan. The girls at the restaurant are true vegans. They are so friendly and you really can feel how passionate they are about what they are doing. We really enjoyed our dinner, lunch and breakfast there. They are also offering cooking classes. Unfortunately I found it out when I already left Hoi An. That would have been such an amazing experience. The smoothie bowl was also the best one I have eaten in my 2 months in Asia. It was so creamy and tasted delicious. You have to look at their Instagram profile. They post so cool staff and even a video where they bought living fish on the market and let them free in the river/sea 😭😍 I would only come back to Hoi An because of that restaurant😍

Good food - Edit
The chickpea eatery was quiet nice. Smoothie was good and so was my fake chicken rice dish. Boyfriend had a burger and didn’t like it but I think that was because he doesn’t like veggie burgers xxxx

A roller coaster experience - Edit
We went there after the Chickpea Eatery in Da Nang didn't have the cheese platter and we really wanted to try it. Big mistake.
Read moreIt had six pieces of cheese, five pesto pieces and one black garlic piece, hummus, some more pesto a bit of stale bread cucumber half a mango and a few slices of dragon fruit. For the price i was expecting a bit more cheese, not only that but also a bit more variety. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress she explained that their cheese is cheaper than that of competitors and ignored the issue that if they have at least three different types I want to try them and not have almost exclusively a single type. The way she handled the issue was infuriating and upsetting.
Admittedly the rest of the food was good. The best vegan chicken I have ever had even outside of Vietnam. So if you do go there and consider trying the cheese; don't, take four portions of rice with chicken instead. Its cheaper and will make you happier.
Oh and I forgot to mention the slow service.....

1000% Vegan and lovely - Edit
This is the only place I could find in Hoi An that was completely and 100% vegan (the other ones always offered items with milk or eggs). I went here every single day during my one week stay in this area of Hoi Ân and got to try a lot of the menu. The top one for me was the vietnamese pancake. It was filling and delicious. The fried spring rolls also deserve 5 stars. Among the top items is also the You are my Sunshine smoothie bowl, it was so fresh and and perfect for breakfast.
Read moreI have to comment on the amazing staff. These ladies always welcomed me with a smile and answered every question I had. They even told me how to eat the vietnamese pancake. I love the fact that they have the garden right there as part of the restaurant and that they use ingredients from it.
Ps I don't think it's on the menu but they have vegan cheesecake inside for sale.
Pros: 100% vegan, Delicious traditional food, Amazing kind staff

Cutest restaurant - Edit
Located in Hoi An ancient town, down a small alleyway, this cutest restaurant is full of kindness and friendly faces. The food is absolutely amazing. Incredibly delicious. And the staff make everything perfect! They are so helpful, advising you the best way to eat things if you’re not quite sure. Had the crispy spring rolls and they showed me how to make it into a rice paper roll it was fabulous! Best food.
