True libanese kitchen - Edit
I've spent a lot of time on Paris and this is, by far, the best Lebanese restaurant I've tried.
Great Falafel, make sure you don't miss the typical Zaatar! (Mid-east thym wrap).
Many vegan options.
Pros: Authenticity, Prize, Quality
Cons: Vegan options visibility should be improved

good falafel - Edit
I was there once with a friend. We had a falafel (5,00 euros)
It was good. My friend is not vegan but she loved!
It's a nice place, you can choose several vegetarian and vegan "sandwiches" ;) nice prices too..
Pros: vegan options, cheap
Cons: small, no toilet

Best Falafel I've Ever Had - Edit
This unassuming shop in Saint-Germain-des-Prés has what were the best falafel I've tasted in my life. They are perfectly fried and accompanied by tahini sauce, salad, and slices of pickles. Additionally, they are very cheap. A delicious snack or lunch while walking around the streets of Paris.
Pros: Falafel are delicious, Cheap, Friendly Service
Cons: Small, Long line, Lack of seating
