Serves meat, vegan options available. Located inside of the Doubletree Hilton. Offers vegan fried pickles (without the dipping sauce) as an appetizer, farmer's market vegetable noodles, the Beyond Burger with vegan cheese, and sorbet for dessert. All are marked clearly on the menu. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-11:00pm.

Vegan offerings go in and out - Edit
The restaurant is large and beautifully-designed with friendly servers. Right now, they have two reasonably-priced vegan dishes: a Salisbury steak platter ($25) and a Sloppy Joe sandwich ($15). Many of the salads look like they could be easily vegan without the feta cheese, but I have not asked and would try to get a sub such as mushrooms or avocado.
Read moreI have been in here many times over the years and found creative healthy dishes sometimes and very little other times. It is one of the highest-rated hotels in its chain and seems to treat its workers well. There is an attached parking garage which is free with a meal. The hotel is right across from a big arena in a not-great part of town, but I have never felt unsafe.
Pros: Check menus in advance for options, friendly staff, pretty modern design with many varied spaces
Cons: Needs vegan salads and snacky dishes

Great to have vegan choices - Edit
This is the hotel restaurant off the main lobby. While we stayed, they had two marked vegan choices - a quinoa tabbouleh hummus spinach wrap w fries or salad and a BBQ Hoisin Tofu steak. Both were nicely done, a little pricey but thats common with hotel restaurants.

Used to have more vegan options - Edit
We were disappointed to go here and see that they have removed most of their vegan options. We ordered the cauliflower steak which was delicious, but it was appetizer sized… definitely not enough for a dinner. I hope they ramp up their options. It was a bit of a disappointment.
