Yes to the pizza and burger - Edit
I visited this establishment with meat eaters and wasn't expecting much. I got the vegan pizza and it was really good. Cheese was melted and the crust was perfect. My husband had the vegan burger and it was good too.

Staff was friendly, there were several options for vegans including a beyond burger, as well as spaghetti and beyond meatballs (which I had). The portion was a tad small, but whatever. It was pricey, but then again everything in San Francisco seems to be.

Surprisingly good vegan options - Edit
We actually passed this place by a few days ago as we assumed it was your standard fish restaurant, but when Happy Cow told me they had vegan options we went in for lunch.
Read moreOur server, Debbie, was great and even brought out vegan cheese for us to try. We had the spaghetti and impossible meatballs which was delicious, though it wasn't cheap ($23).
However, if we are nearby while we are here this week, we will definitely visit again. Such an unexpected treat in a busy spot.

Food was not bad. A few good vegan options however the service was terrible. Unfortunately there were not many other restaurants nearby with vegan options (that we could find) so we reluctantly stayed.

Cute old fashioned/traditional type restaurant. A couple of vegan options. I had the spaghetti and impossible meatballs. Very generous serving of pasta but was quite pricey. Personally I’d like a smaller portion for less money - was tasty though :)

They have a few options to choose from (we had the impossible meatballs) - waitress was very pleasant and food was tasty, but not very hot. Restaurant environment was very quiet when we ate.

I really enjoyed the food here. Bit concerned that the waiter didn't understand what vegan was as he kept mentioning gluten free. It was also quite pricey. However, I did really enjoy the pizza, which did end up being vegan and was delicious.

Wonderfully evening meal at this restaurant place. Thanks to happy cow found that it has a V menu. Wait staff where fantastic on a very busy evening. Owner of the place did a great job of working the floor making sure everything at every table was fine and in order.

Vegan options near Fisherman's Wharf - Edit
Great to have vegan options near Fisherman's Wharf but limited. Had the Impossible burger and fries, simple but good. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted great. Other options were Kale
