Tasty 😋

The place is very small but it's easy to find. Just go to Rialto and youll see it. Costumer service is good, the women that serve was nice 👍🏻. I recommend the panini option.

Pros: Costumer service , Vegan panini, Easy access

Cons: Not only vegan options! , There's no vegan lasagna :(

very small and limited

This take away is in the center of Venice, which is really good, but it's a very small place and has a very limited variety of food.
Also, some dishes are vegetarian, not vegan. It's pretty expensive with small dishes. The carrot cake was good though.

Pros: position, good desserts

Cons: expensive , limited selection

not fully vegan!

I'm currently eating here now and 2 of the options- lasagne and cannelloni - are vegetarian! Only had 2 vegan options plus some sandwiches which were vegan apparently. But nothing special, just white bread, not panani.
Plus the dish of bulgar wheat which really wasn't that big was 5 euros. 1.70 for one sandwich

Cons: overpriced. not enough options

Lasagne and tiramisu

The cafe had a very select menu I assume it was because it had just opened but there was only lasagne and sandwiches to choose from as a main dish I had the lasagne and it was amazing as well as the tiramisu which was very tasty.

Pros: Very tasty food and it tasted fresh.

Cons: There were not many options and it was quite expen

Tasty Sandwiches

This place is in a great central location, so it's perfect if you're looking for some vegan fuel in the middle of your sightseeing. It's not mind-blowing food, but it was tasty and filling, and we were satisfied customers. My partner had the hotdog and I had a sandwich with tofu, sun-dried tomatoes and courgette. Lovely! Service was great, we had no complaints. There's a little bar and stools so you can eat in (if it's not too busy), and they sell a few vegan biscuits/crackers etc too.

Disappointing options

Very small menu offerings, but the grain salads we ate were good. Glad we went here first before discovering other, better restaurants.

Pros: Flavorful

Cons: Few options

Anyway, we are a small take away. And Venice is not an easy city for some kinds of business. We'll try our best to give more choices and always better quality.

Healthy vegan lunch options!

We really enjoyed the vegan paninis here. I had the guacamole sandwich and the lentil/hummus sandwich. My husband had the tofu panini. It was all so delicious and healthy.

okay food, bad service

The quinoa was just okay. Nothing special-bland and a little oily.

The service-AWFUL!! I mapped out this spot as my first food experience while in Venice and was incredibly disappointed with the service. No greeting. When I asked for what was available that was vegano, the lady pointed to the menu on the wall and when I asked about an item was told-not today. She was not friendly at all and I felt like she was annoyed I was a paying customer. Even though I had several days left in Venice on my trip, I couldn't go back because of my experience, even though I wanted to try other things there. I found A LOT of other places that were friendly and served great vegan options!

My thoughts-I was disappointed I supported a place with such bad customer service.

Pros: vegan options

Cons: horrible customer service , bland food, oily food

Simple and delicious

Vegan Take Away is a small shop located in a busy area. We stopped by quite late after lunch time and there wasn't many choices left.
However, the food was good and filling, and I was lucky enough to get the very last tiramisu. That was simply the best tiramisu I've ever had! Don't ever think about leaving without getting one.
The food is already cooked apparently and the lady offered to microwave it but we declined. Cold was just as good, as it was a warm and sunny day.

Vegan but not great

It's great because it's vegan and for that I'd go again. However the food was a bit oily, they heated it in the microwave which I don't like and the service was definitely so-so. Saying all that it was fine and my partner enjoyed it more than I did.

Pros: Purely vegan

Cons: Oily, Microwaved

Pricey and Cold

Ate here one my stop in Venice since it was one of the only vegetarian places around. Everything was actually Vegan so that was a really nice surprise. However, you couldn't order anything off the menu and had to get food out of the warming tray. The food was way too expensive (although that is going to be the case most of the time in Venice), the food was also cold and not very filling. I left hungry and rather disappointed. Venice does not have a lot of veggie only options, and I do support what they are trying to do here.

Pros: All vegan, Good location

Cons: Expensive , Pre-cooked, Cold

Wonderful!

Sabrina's restaurant is right before Rialto Bridge when you're heading to San Marco square. Do not miss entering her small new business she just opened (jan. 2017, 90% vegan). She's such a nice person, she even gave me free dessert after I took away a bunch of food. Delicious tofu & bulgur dish :)

Pros: Sandwiches are all vegan (seitan, vegan cheese, ve

Amazing Takeaway for Vegans

really well situated on the edge of the Rialto Market this small take away has some fantastic hot take away options for vegans (a couple of items have cheese and egg but the bulk is vegan)

all made by the lady who works there, the vegan tiramisu is spectacular as is the lasagne and the quinoa! also vegan wine is available - you pretty much have a full meal right there to take back to your lodgings or to eat on a canal side.

also, the opening times are confusing on this listing - this place was open until 8pm each day, although I don't know about opening time.
