Cafe Moon with fresh cooked vegetables and gluten-free

I loved the Seaweed Spring Roll, Vegetables Bibimbap (egg omitted), and Veggie Jean. All were Vegan and gluten free. The vegetables and flavor were astounding!!! Very fresh, lightly cooked, and delicious.

Three tables for four inside. I believe Take out is their focus. We dined in and got to know the Chef/Owner.

Pros: Purity of vegetables, Lightly cooked, Vegan verified by eating

Cons: Small inside dining - so take out may be best, Hard to find the restaurant. Not Obvious
