Good place for a business lunch - Edit
Although salad bars like this are very popular on the mainland, there weren't any here on Maui. Fork and Salad fills that space, and I haven't met a person that wasn't satisfied with their order. There is plenty of seating, both inside and out, and I find it a great place for business lunch, as conversation can easily be had due to little noise, and the way the tables are situated allows some privacy.
Pros: outdoor seating, large tables, tons of salad add-in optionss, food given at counter-no waiter
Cons: no fresh juice, only prepackaged available
