Build your own salad place with clearly marked vegan options. We loved our meals here. The portion sizes were excellent, staff was friendly, and we also enjoyed the kombucha on tap.

Pretty pricey for a scoop of lettuce and little quinoa with 4 added vegetables. No vegan sandwiches and I didn't see any tofu as a protein (although admittedly I didn't ask). It's a quick grab and go if you're on the run but kind of a snoozer.

A must visit when in Maui - Edit
On a short trip to Maui from O'ahu researched vegan option place to eat. Fork&Salad came up. While my friends had their eat on, next stop was Fork&Salad. I ordered the Maui Goddess Salad veganized. It's one of the best salads I've ever tasted and the Butternut squash soup 2nd to none. #forkandsaladoahu

Salad and grain bowls - Edit
The Buddha bowl is marked vegan or you can customize/build your own salad/bowl. Service was a bit slow and it wasn’t the tastiest Buddha bowl I’ve ever had, but it just right for the lunch stop we needed. Plenty of outdoor seating.

I did the make your own, it was alright but the dressing i chose (lemon-herb) was the wrong choice. It just tasted like nothing and was very oily. Also found a little piece of meat in my bowl....close one

The food is fresh and good but they say they’re trying to promote health and yet they serve chicken and fish and even shrimp! I think they’d make a bundle if they went all vegan. At least, they really would be promoting health. I like the create your own salad. It’s really good.

Just had lunch here. Thought it'd be just another salad bar but I'm glad I was wrong. My customized salad was fresh tasting and delicious. There were many toppings to choose from and I liked that they were actually cooked and seasoned. Who likes broccoli raw anyway? If you want something quick and easy, they have several predesigned vegan salads as well. But I think they do need to improve on their vegan sandwich and soup options because today there was none.

Good place for a business lunch - Edit
Although salad bars like this are very popular on the mainland, there weren't any here on Maui. Fork and Salad fills that space, and I haven't met a person that wasn't satisfied with their order. There is plenty of seating, both inside and out, and I find it a great place for business lunch, as conversation can easily be had due to little noise, and the way the tables are situated allows some privacy.
