Took myself out for my birthday dinner here and was super happy with every part of the meal! Loved that I was able to have appetizer, entree and dessert!

Not cheap, but worth it - Edit
Our vegan dishes were well-thought-out and beautifully presented. The prices were typical for high-end cuisine. Bryggjan is well worth the expense and the brief trip from downtown.

Dropped by for dinner and had a truly excellent pizza. The menu labels its vegan options, except the pizza, which was called the "vegana" but was not marked as vegan. I asked the waitress and she double checked to make 100% sure and was super nice about the whole thing. Service was very friendly overall, as well.
Read moreToppings tasted fresh and the sauce on top added nice dash of flavor and made up for the lack of vegan cheese. The highlight was definitely the dough: cooked perfectly to be nice and crisp on the bottom with just enough rise during cooking for the dough to be chewy and moist and contrast against the thin crispy bottom.
Nice atmosphere, polite and helpful staff, perfectly cooked pizza. Easy four star from me.
