Great barbecue tofu sandwich - Edit
This place exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, ensuring the bun was vegan and that no butter was added. The staff confirmed the sauces that were vegan for us without even asking. Barbecue sandwich, French fries and side salad (cut the cheese and croutons) were all great! We will definitely be back and love that we have this option in Broomfield.

Tasty BBQ in Broomfield - Edit
I came here with a carnivore friend and was happy they had more than a couple of vegan options for me to enjoy.
Read moreImpossible burger - delicious and well seasoned. The BBQ beans were also vegan; they were good.
BBQ Tofu - I got the 1/4lb. The tofu was cooked to perfection. No spongey tofu here. They were firm, seasoned adequately, and brushed with a delicious BBQ sauce. The fries could've used a little bit more seasoning for me.
Good was very good and it's a great option for those living or staying north of the city and not wanting to drive down to the city or up into Boulder.

Yummy tofu sandwich - Edit
Enjoyed our tofu sandwich, the variety of sauces, the fries and the beer selection. We enjoyed this rare BBQ experience that accommodates non- meat eaters. Servers were masked and we felt pretty safe eating in during omicron since diners were spaced far apart at lunch time.

The BBQ tofu is FIRE - Edit
BBQ tofu is offered in a sandwich or alone by weight and it is crispy and has great grill marks. Delicious vegan sauces.

Nasty - Edit
I saw rave reviews so I thought I'd try the BBQ tofu sandwich. Calling it a sandwich is a stretch, they cooked 1" to 1.5" cubes of tofu on a grill with a little BBQ sauce and put it on a plain bun and bring it out with a selection of BBQ sauces. That was it a bun and flavorless cubes of tofu that I doused in sauce then put sauce on the buns to give it some flavor. No greens, onions, or tomatoes it was so nasty. To add to it there was apparently a miscommunication and I thought fries and a drink came with it when I asked about sides but they were extra so I paid $16 for a sad excuse of a sandwich, so so fries that didn't stand out in any way and a drink. It was super disappointing. If you go to try the impossible burger there and you actually like toppings on your burger ask if you get any before ordering.

GREAT BURGERS - Edit
They have Impossible burgers served with vegan burger sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The fries are crisp, fresh cut and delicious. The barbeque sauces are very good and they also have a tofu sandwich. They offer no contact curbside pick up (during the pandemic)

Will definitely be back - Edit
I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! I went here after reading a glowing review and was not disappointed. I got the BBQ tofu sandwich and it was delicious! It is a traditional BBQ place which was why I was so impressed by how good the options were. I can’t wait to go back in the future!

Two tasty vegan options at Brothers BBQ - Edit
Recently visited Broomfield and just had to stop by and try their bbq tofu sandwich and impossible burger. The tofu was cubed, cooked well, and doused in a even coating of bbq sauce. The sandwich doesn’t come with toppings however you can request onions (fresh or fried), pickles or jalapeños.
Read moreThe impossible burger was cooked well and was garnished with tomatoes, lettuce and onions. I had the food with a side of fries and was really impressed by the variety of bbq sauces available at the restaurant tables as well as the cheat sheet provided so the dinner can decide for themselves which sauce is their favorite.
The employee let us know that the fries were cooked in a separate fryer as well as the tofu cubes. The food was delicious as well as filling and I’ll definitely visit there again for a reminder of my southern upbringing.
Pros: BBQ tofu sandwich , Impossible burger offered, Friendly staff
