Very flexible andyummy food - Edit

The owner is very helpful and is willing to change dishes to make them vegan. Although more vegan options would be welcome this flexibility was great. At first sight the bowls are nothing special but you need the food sizzle in the hot bowl and with the sauce it turns into something more savoury than just a poke bowl. Nice atmosphere as well but the no decent ventilation unfortunately.

Although the menu doesn't state vegan on the main dishes the staff helpfully take a vegan order on the veggie dishes. So delicious and fresh tasting!

Nice Asian cuisine, good vegan options - Edit

Had already been to the Bowls restaurant in Bruges, and we liked it.

Made a last minute reservation for Kortrijk and was said menu is a little bit different than in Bruges, but vegan no problem.
Was told all dishes could be adapted to be made vegan, by using tofu instead of meat.

Had the samosas (labelled as vegan, 9,5€) and tofu bibimbap (22€) and spicy sichuan tofu (22€).
Nice food. All freshly prepared in open kitchen. The sichuan was not really spicy this time (in Bruges it was hot hot hot 😛).

Only vegan dessert was a sorbet, so declined.

PS: the other patrons got kroupouk as an appetizer, we didnt get anything (in Bruges we got cassave crackers, that was nice 😉)

Very friendly and swift service. Nice place. Spacious, relaxed.
Loved the wallpaper in the toilets 🤩

Entrance not accessible, although there were construction works on tbe road, so maybe otherwise the entrance is stepfree? One toilet is very large (accessible) but no bars. Toilets very clean.
