Vegetarische opties niet vegan te maken - Edit
Mijn vegan partner is hier geweest vorige week, dit is er gebeurt. De vegetarische opties waren niet mogelijk vegan te maken, ze regeerden kort als dit werd gevraagd. De enige optie was dus curry.

Toen ik hier in het verleden ging was het eten lekker. Niet alleen voor omnivoren maar ook voor veganisten. De laatste keer dat ik ging was er 1 thaise noodlepasta aanwezig. De noodles waren te ver gekookt en de groenten niet ver genoeg. Smaak van het gerecht was heel overheersend gember (en ik eet normaal graag gember). De personen waarmee ik ging eten kozen een non-vegan gerecht en waren ook niet enthousiast over hun eten.

There was only one vegan option (some linguine with vegetables and Thai sauce), but the pasta was not salted and the vegetables not cooked enough. Vegetables and cheese in the vegetarian croquettes were not that good, they seemed from a very industrial product. Everything is a little bit pricy. The location is very nice and they have good cocktails, beers and tee, so it's better as a place for having a drink than a dinner.

Op de menu staat niets expliciet als vegan aangeduid, dus je moet steeds moeite doen om te vragen naar de vegan opties.
Read moreDe enige vegan optie bij mijn bezoek was de pasta primavera en die was ok, maar ook niet wauw.
De bediening was wel supersnel en vriendelijk en het is een heel mooi interieur

Vriendelijke onthaal, je kan er kiezen uit 3 soorten vegan spaghetti's. Ook is het mogelijk om spelt spaghetti te vragen en als je zegt dat je vegan bent brengen ze ook edelgist vlokken voor erbij.

Read moreMy friend got the veggie lasagne and it said that the sauce was mainly passata and not really a prepared sauce. Just one thing on top of the other.
Overall not a bad experience, but it’s more a bar with food than a restaurant.

This is from a visit in Spring of 2018.
Read moreThe menu doesn’t mention anything specifically vegan and is rather ‘traditional’ with the usual suspects. It is more of a pub restaurant than a traditional restaurant.
We were offered some pasta dishes. We inquired about eggs in the pasta, and after checking with the kitchen, the tagiatelli was said to be with egg, so we got spaghetti pasta.
We had a pasta alegria (13€) and pasta primavera (15€), both veganised dishes. We were served a portion of nutritional yeast on the side, which was nice.
All in all: a nice pasta lunch. Nothing culinary fancy, but appreciate the effort they put in to offer something vegan and check for ingredients. And huge portions!
Would love to see more vegan options though.
Not accessible: steps to get in + toilets with turning stairs going up.
