Holy Moly It's Good - Edit
I would give this 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me but it's not a fully vegan/vegetarian restaurant. I'm vegan and have to be gluten free, which is hard when traveling, especially in small towns. But they were very accommodating and made a plate filled with veggies, cranberries, beans, and nuts. for me. It was so good. And I followed it with fresh squeezed orange sorbetto. Would 100% recommend. The wait can be long but it's worth it.

Amazing vegan sandwich - Edit
Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, vegan or not. It’s large, filling, and hits every flavor note. The customer service was really amazing as well. I will definitely be back every time I’m in Marfa. I would give five stars, but that is for vegetarian and vegan places only.

Creative, Impressive, a must - Edit
The menu simply states, "Secret Vegan Menu, Yes. " When we got to the counter we were given the choice of a pasta dish or a sandwich. We got both. The pasta was a fun shape with spinach, mint, and ground pistachio tossed in a kind of buttery vinaigrette. We devoured it, BUT THE SANDWICH was the star. Their fresh baked chiabatta-style loaf stuffed with orange slices, raspberries, arugula, green olives, red onion and dates. It was incredible. I wrote down everything I could discern in hopes of recreating it at home. It was THAT good. The vegan offering may change, but these are clearly passionate food people who know what they're doing. Whatever they offer the vegan community, it won't just be a regular menu item with the meat and cheese removed, it will be thoughtful and delicious.

Secret Sandwich or Pasta - Edit
We visited Marfa on a Friday. This place was one of the few open spots available. Fyi: They will close on time or when they're out of bread. I was excited to find this place. It's super cute and cozy. The secret menu is actually your choice of a pasta or sandwich. We ordered both. Pasta was alright, nothing spectacular. The sandwich was a pleasant surprise! Literally, all the flavors - maybe a blackberry chipotle-ish jam. I'm pretty sure it had pistachio. Very interesting. It was truly nothing I've had before. Highly recommend.

No Secret Menu, Just Secret Sandwich - Edit
I don’t want to say one negative thing about anywhere that offers vegan options in a small town in Texas but their menu says they have a secret vegan menu but it’s just one sandwich. It was a really fun sandwich (minimal protein fixings) and pretty tasty! A little spicy for me but I’m from the Midwest😄
