Caters To Vegans - Edit
Cute spot with 3 types of plant based milks and vegan tacos. The butternut tacos are not served for breakfast but they offered to make me potato and avocado tacos with my choice of tortilla. The salsa was amazing and unique as well.

Excellent coffee, great garden - Edit
An airy coffeeshop / bar with lots of good seating out back and very good hours. Coffee is very good, possibly the best in West Texas. Decent selection of alcohol. Small kitchen with good food, although only a couple of vegan options: avocado soup and totopos with salsa, both very good but snacks rather than a real meal. Cookies and other coffeeshop pastry options available but not sure if vegan. Breakfast tacos pricey but apparently good and are vegetarian (egg and potato). Home of the Big Bend Sentinel, which is on sale at the counter if you want a window into Marfan life/news.

Cons: Vegan options limited, Many tourists and trust-fund kids
