Solid Vegan Options - Edit
We went with a vegan group for lunch and they gave us a vegan menu with several choices. I’m not sure if they are always available. You may want to call ahead to be sure.

Poor variety - Edit
Being going there awhile. Vegan breakfast is only option. Potatoes, spinach, two large mushrooms, beans, and tomato, with sourdough bread. They don't have plant based butter. Portion size ok. Have emailed them about adding more variety. Still hasn't happened.
