Best vegan option in Beaver Creek

I used to come to this restaurant as a kid and was thrilled to return years later to find that they have options for vegans. Nothing is labeled vegan, but their crust is totally plant based and can be topped with a wide variety of veggies. The marinara sauce is also vegan and it’s possible some of the other sauces are, too, although I did not ask. Can confirm the fries are cooked in canola oil and some of the salad dressings are vegan friendly. Delicious food and reasonably priced. Highly recommend
