This is the best Vietnamese food for miles.

I go here at lest once a week when I'm in town for the winter snowboard season to get the vegetarian pho with vegetarian broth and the vegetable & tofu spring rolls. Their broth is amazing and the ingredients are always fresh. I always leave there with the feeling that I've just had a very healthy meal. It's locally owned with friendly staff. It's also near four free electric vehicle EV Chargepoint plug-ins and a great yoga studio. The base of Beaver Creek Ski Resort is four miles away, Vail Ski Resort is 9 miles away and it's not far from the Avon I-70 exit.

Pros: Fresh ingredients, Locally owned & friendly staff, Good value. Large portions.

Cons: Can be busy at certain times, Closed on Sunday's
