Opened Mar 2016 this cafe serves a fusion of Eastern and Western flavors. On the menu are a variety of rice and noodles-based set meals plus baked and stuffed sandwiches. No garlic, onion, or egg used. Open Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm, Sun 11:00am-3:00pm.

blue bistro sg vegetarian cafe - Edit
tried their blue rice and special nasi lemak. i appreciated that nearly each element of the nasi lemak was crafted from scratch, but is its price of sgd9 sustainable, especially when served in a paper box and plastic cutlery, and its audience seems more like the weekday lunch crowd? while the nasi lemak was generally delicious, the ikan bilis (originally "anchovies", but soy in this case) could have been much crispier. the blue rice was something different and reminded me of kueh, but was rather dry (we suspected on hindsight that the sambal had been forgotten).
our main reason for trying this small eatery was an extremely friendly and jovial staff member who went through with us the entire menu a few days before, even though he knew that we had already had lunch.
Pros: amicable staff, re-creation of local dishes, vege style
