Wonderful food, very clean very healthy feeling. I had an “egg” salad breakfast that reminded me a lot of breakfasts I got in Cyprus, Greece and Israel. Great location in the heart of Thongsala town, nice outdoor seating area, great selection of pastries and desserts. They were pretty busy that morning and seemed a bit overwhelmed by the volume of diners and hostel guests, but still handled things with a smile and kind words. It’s a tough business to be in, you guys are doing a great job, keep it up!

Our croissants are naturally very fluffy and when are toasted inevitably become smaller in size but still wonderful in taste:) But anyway we went ahead and swapped for bigger croissants to be on the more generous side:))) We also have multiple bread options, Normal and Sourdough which are a bit bigger, and Gluten Free (which is on the smaller side and a bit denser).
