Best brownie ever! - Edit
I picked the chocolate and sea salt brownie which was the fudgiest, richest brownie I have ever eaten! I was impressed by the 3 vegan cake options on offer plus both a vegan plain croissant and vegan berry croissant to chose from when I visited! They offer plant milks, and even vegan cream and vegan marshmallows for drinks, in addition to vegan food options on the brunch menu. The vibe is great but it's popular so you might have to wait for seating inside. Luckily the sun was shining and there is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy if the weather is nice.

I really enjoyed the Easter egg rocky road, along with an oat milk matcha. There were 3 vegan cakes when I visited, along with a number of plant-based milks. It was also nice to have the option of outdoor seating, to enjoy some Easter sunshine ☀️

Sometimes, you don’t want something massive and it’s nice to be able to sit down and just have a toastie - luckily, Blend has a few vegan options there and they’re all good. They’re freshly made, too.

I lived in Nottingham for half a year and spend a lot of time in Blend. Honestly, I don't think I know a cafe I like more in the world. The staff is amazing. The food delicious. The coffee the best. Superb atmosphere.

Tried both the grilled cheeses which were DELICIOUS, but the choice was fairly limited. Atmosphere was great, sat outside in the sun was lovely. Staff were very friendly and understanding

Vegan options galore! - Edit
Very hip and cool cafe / coffee shop at the rejuvenated Sneinton Market (site of the monthly vegan market). Loads of vegan options including cream sandwich cookies, sausage rolls, cheese melts etc. They only have soya milk at the moment, but hopefully they'll get other options. Nice big cafe, nice loos, no outside seating yet but that might change in the summer.
