Disappointing - Edit
Just fries and salads as compelling veg options. Last resort, but not the worst ever, the fries were pretty good.

Very bad experience - Edit
Very bad experience. The food quality and wine selection was so so. The kitchen was obviously understaffed as it took a long time for us to get our food. When the food finally came the dish they brought to me was not was I ordered. So they had to take it back and bring me what I had actually ordered. The worst part of this restaurant, however, is the manager. She turns the lights down in parts of the restaurant when she leaves. We could no longer see the food that we ordered. We asked he staff to turn them back up. Apparently, they were all afraid of the manager as they told us they could not do so. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Love the Ambiance, Need More Options - Edit
This place seems resistant to the idea of vegan options. When I go out to dinner, I don't want a salad, especially one with half the usual ingredients (because they need to leave out the non-vegan ones). You can get a Margarita pizza without cheese (or bring your own vegan cheese, which I have done several times). The cocktails are stellar, and I do love the ambiance. But, alas, this restaurant is not vegan-friendly.

No good vegan options - Edit
I live in Bisbee and I’ve given the Table several tries. My non vegan friends love it, but I’m consistently let down by their lack of vegan options. For the cost and ambience, go to Cafe Roka instead (if you can get a reservation).

Grateful for Veg and Vegan Options - Edit
We enjoy heading over to Bisbee now and then to dine at Bisbee's Table. The ambiance is fantastic, and the service has always been efficient and pleasant. They don't have a lot of vegan options, but one option that they do have always does the trick for me -- I love the Thai salad (can't recall the exact name of this salad). My husband always gets and enjoys a black bean burger (it's likely a vegetarian option and not a vegan option). They also have sides that are typically vegan, such as French fries; however, the last time I had some of those, they tasted like they might have been fried in the same oil as their fried fish, so I will pass on those in the future. Although there are not many vegan options at Bisbee Grill, I'm glad they at least have some, because we just love the ambiance and the experience of dining there in the heart of Old Bisbee.

Cons: Would love to see more veg options on the menu, Fry only veggies in the French fry oil, Specify vegan or vegetarian on menu

Awful food, rude owner. - Edit
I have no idea where all the good reviews came from. Neither me nor my friend could eat our food. It was literally inedible. I had vegan pho that had so much sugar in it, the broth was like syrup. She got chicken pho and her chicken was too rubbery to eat, and she said the broth didn’t taste like pho should. I sent mine back and got a vegan noodle salad instead. I asked for tofu on it, which was not there. The rice noodles were so over cooked they were stuck together in gummy lumps and all broken up. It was horrible and I couldn’t eat it. When the waiter came to give us our check we told her we couldn’t eat our food. The owner/chef came out and said she cooked the food herself and it was absolutely how it was supposed to be. I showed her the overcooked noodles and she said they were perfect. I’ve eaten a ton of Vietnamese food in my life and have never had such a horrible meal. The owner was rude to us and charged us full price for food we never ate. We both left hungry and horrified. Never again!!!

I think you meant to leave this review for Thuy's, not the Table.
