Good quick meal - Edit
I was looking for a quick vegan meal while in town and was impressed to see a Korean inspired place with a chipotle style model of service. I got purple rice, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, fresh tofu, and the classic sauce. It was a tasty, quick option. The side of seaweed salad was just Ok. Kimchi was good.

Bad service and rude about vegan question - Edit
My boyfriend called ahead to ask if they had the bubble tea that didnt have milk in the tea powder. When he called they said they didn’t milk in the powder and that all the bubble tea can be made vegan, We went all the way there and when we got there I asked the front desk to double check and the lady rolled her eyes at me and said all of the bubble teas with tea are not vegan. I told her we called ahead and they said they didn’t Milk in it and asked if she could check. She told me all of them had milk except for the fruit ones which I didn’t want She told me all of them had milk except for the fruit ones which I didn’t want, she was rolling her eyes at me and hardly listening to me the whole time I only asked a quick question that took one minute and I wasn’t doing anything wrong and I wasn’t even mad until she completely disregarded me she is terrible customer service and I felt really bad about asking a simple vegan question. She should not be working as a server. We sat down to eat The dumplings my boyfriend ordered and they didn’t give him any silverware with it.

Double check ingredients - Edit
I enjoyed my meal at Bibile BUT they accidentally put egg in my bowl. I think there was a language barrier because when I asked if that was tofu the person helping me said yes but it was actually egg whites. The meal was good but I would be more cautious next time with what I’m adding to my build your own bowl.

Healthy Korean chipotle with multiple vegan/vegetarian options - Edit
I had a rice bowl yesterday (they also have Udon noodles but the broth has fish). My bowl was brown rice, tofu, red cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, and teriyaki sauce/sriracha.
Read moreThe location was your typical small, but homey feel, restaurant on Main Street, Tarrytown. Plenty of seating and the workers are all very nice.
You can see on their menu what ingredients you have to make your bowl, the vegan proteins being tofu and mushroom. 7/8 of the toppings are vegan, the 8th being egg. You would have to ask if any of their sauces contain fish or any animal products but I just got their Teriyaki.
Overall super yummy and I will definitly be going back
Pros: Many veggie toppings, more than 1 protein option
Cons: pay for parking (if you can find parking)
