Good food, but you have to make sure they make the food you order. I ordered a samiya without onions and garlic. First they put a lot of onions in it and after I gave it back, they made a new one with lots of garlic.

Unfortunately, not everything is clearly labeled as vegan. However, the vegetarian options are definitely also available as vegan variants. You should clearly state that you want it vegan.

Den Ägypter gibt es schon 10+ Jahre mit veganen Optionen. Es hat sich nicht viel geändert. Toll ist, dass man hier auch noch sehr spät abends/Nachts etwas veganes findet. Jeden Tag!
Es ist leider nicht alles klar als vegan deklariert. Die vegetarischen Optionen sind aber definitiv auch als vegane Variante möglich. Man sollte klar sagen, dass man die vegane Variante haben möchte

Beim Ägypter gibt es einige vegane Optionen. Zum sitzen und verweilen lädt das Restaurant eher nicht ein. Aber die Möglichkeit besteht. Den veganen Makali empfinde ich als absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wraps sind durch den Kontaktgrill schön knusprig. Dort sind verschiedene Saucen und gegrilltes Gemüse drin. Bei dem Preis von 4,90€ kann man auf jeden Fall nicht meckern.

The available vegan options are okay to eat if you're really hungry and don't want to search an eternity for something to eat, but the dishes are rather bland. Last time I took it home with me, unwrapped the wrap and spiced it up with salt and sauces. The vegan cheese fries were bland, too: almost no salt and just a tiny bit of vegan cheese on top. The vegan 'mayo' is not mayo. It tastes exactly like Alpro GoOn with a bit of salt. All in all, just okay but not really recommended.

I really like the sandwiches and the vegan seitan doener. It is not a very nice place to sit down for a longer time but it offers really good sandwiches and fries for takeaway or as fast food. Usually you don't have to wait long to get your food.

Read moreI had the vegan Döner, which turned out great. I love that they grill the sandwich after filling it and that they put fried potatoes in the sandwiches, which is quite unique, I think.
They have indoor seating, but because of the open door it's cold inside, which makes it not very comfortable. But it's okay for a quick snack.
