Sehr nett und sehr lecker - Edit
Kann nur bestätigen, dass man dort sehr freundlich und sympathisch bedient wird. Das Essen der anderen Gäste wurde sehr appetitlich hergerichtet und meine Arabic Rolle war sehr lecker.

Nice people, food didn't convince - Edit
I really wanted to give this place a good review because the person who worked there was so kind, but the roll I had was very bland, it was impossible to eat because it was falling apart and compared to the quality the price was too high. I think their "proper"dishes might be better, so this review is only for the roll.

Read moreBeim Tellergericht Gilanic kann man zwischen Basmatireis, Biopommes und Süßkartoffelpommes wählen. Die Süßkartoffelpommes, waren knusprig und super lecker. Dazu gibt es dann noch einen gemischten Salat und das vom Lord bekannte, fantastische Sojaeiweiß mit Kichererbsensauce.

Die Bedienung ist immer super freundlich und herzlich und jeder Besuch ist sowohl menschlich als auch geschmacklich ein tolles Erlebnis! Wenn ich nicht so weit weg wohne würde, wäre ich noch viel öfter dort. Mein absolutes Lieblingsessen und Lieblingsrestaurant!

Absolutely recommended! I highly recommend the vegan ARABIC sandwich to everyone, but the other (vegetarian) sandwiches can also be made vegan upon request (only the sauce isn't vegan) and are super delicious as well!
The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and every visit is a wonderful experience both in terms of hospitality and taste! If I didn’t live so far away, I’d visit much more often.
It's by far my favorite food and place!

Fast, friendly service. We got an "Arabic" wrap, which was a bit bland to be honest (the soya chunks were soggy and not very well seasoned) and a sweet "Hörnchen", which in turn was pretty dry😒

The Arabic wrap to-go is super juicy. I wondered why I was handed 6 napkins but needed them all in the end because the wrap cannot be eaten without a mess 😅 The soy chunks were really good though.

Read moreIf you compare it too a regular falafel wrap at a kebap place, it is rather pricy (not as suggested by the $ here). But it‘s totally worth. I guess the same is true for the more expensive plates.

Sehr leckere Wraps und auch eine sehr gute vegane Mayo. Wir gehen eigentlich immer zum Kartoffellord wenn wir in der Dortmunder Innenstadt sind und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Seit dem Umbau gibt es auch Toiletten im Lokal.

The sandwiches are delicious and served with love. The Lord, formerly "Kartoffellord", has become kind of a home to me as a vegan in Dortmund. It has been modernized and become more expensive, but it's still delicious and a place that is used by people from different communities.
