Good burgers - try the sauces! - Edit
The vegan options are very good. You can build your own burguer - which i recommend doing! The vegan sauces are marked with a v, and they need special review. Try the mango teriyaki one!

Throughout college, Bareburger in Hell’s Kitchen was one of my favorite burger bars. Coming back to New York after so long, I checked to see if they had a black bean burger or maybe some vegan option.
Read moreI was blown away as they created an entire plant-based menu with chicken products, impossible/beyond meats, black bean burgers, lentil burgers, falafel, vegan sides, vegan milkshake - everything you can imagine. I was thrilled.
I decided to go with some new choices: the “Going Back to Cauli”, “Vegan Chopped Cheese”, and Sweet Potato Fries.
Even before our food came, our waiter brought us dairy-free popcorn. The actual plates were incredible. The cauliflower had a nice spicy bbq flavor while the chopped cheese tasted just like the bodega favorite.
It delivered when I was in college, it delivers even harder now as a vegan.

This branch is located on restaurant row, close to the theater district of Broadway., where it is not easy to find good food for a show, so this place is most welcome. The food here is good, and very reasonably priced.

I've been here a couple of times. Tried some of the impossible burgers, impossible nuggets, and sweet/spicy tempura cauliflower. Didnt love the cauliflower dish but the burgers are solid and the impossible nuggets are legit better than real chicken nuggets imo! They also have a mushroom sandwich with oatmilk cheddar and green goddess sauce on sourdough that was really really good. I like the vibe inside as well, it's kind of bar-like but also chill. Great for a relaxing late night date

Ich wäre fast vorbeigelaufen, weil der Laden recht unscheinbar und im Vergleich zu den anderen Läden in der Straße recht unscheinbar wirkt. Aber das täuscht! Drinnen wird man herzlich empfangen und die Karte lässt mit 4! verschiedenen veganen Burgern nicht zu wünschen übrig. Die Pommes sind die besten, die ich bisher in der Stadt bekommen habe. Und preislich für NY mit 66 Dollar für zwei Personen ganz ok. Also ich komme wieder.

Good, quick tasty spot to come with non vegans. Everyone can find something. Good Non Meat section of the menu with plenty of plant based options like chikn nuggets, chikn sandwiches and veggie burgers. Menu is clearly market for vegan.

We visited here a few times during our trip to NYC in March 2020. We found the staff to be helpful and the food a brilliant treat as we dont normally eat burgers in the UK.

Then, the server was super nice, friendly, and gave me the impression I was the most important customer ever. I love that!
I ordered a Beyond burger (which I love to make at home) with a few all organic toppings, plus sweet potato fries and a side salad.
Everything arrived nice and quickly, and it was DELICIOUS! Oh, and I got an organic peach iced tea, too....very tasty!
And I don’t usually get dessert, but I just had to try the organic carrot cake. Well, it didn’t disappoint! It, too, was just amazing!
Just an all-around terrific dining experience!
And because they have many amazing-sounding non-vegan options, when I return, I hope to bring one of my hamburger-eating friends!

Would give this place 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me but I understand why it won’t. This place was so awesome. They are 50% vegan with one side of their menu being regular and the other side vegan with the same number of options. The food was unreal.

We happened to stumble upon this place after watching the Daily Show when it was late in the day and we were hungry. To my delight they had an entire vegan menu with MULTIPLE vegan patties (including one made with green peas and quinoa) and several vegan cheese options, vegan sauces and lots of delightful sides beyond just “fries”! THEY EVEN HAVE VEGAN MILK SHAKES!!!!! You will not regret going!

They have one side of the menu that is 100% vegan - sauce, cheese, everything! It’s so nice to not have to constantly ask/verify. I got the American (I think that’s what it was called?) which was the impossible burger with vegan cheese, special sauce, pickles and caramelized onions. I got waffle fries with that and it was incredible!
