Sempre fui todos os dias à unidade TATUAPÉ, mas hoje passei por uma situação constrangedora. Eu sempre comia o prato quente e levava a salada na marmita para comer mais tarde no trabalho. Eis que descubro que isso era errado (o que não contestei), da pior maneira possível. Simplesmente a dona da rede BARÃO NATURAL chegou em minha mesa e com um tom de voz alto exclamou que eu não poderia continuar levando a marmita de salada. Eu NÃO SABIA que era errado, e em momento algum eu discordei do que ela estava falando. A única questão é que a dona não sabe lidar com os clientes numa situação adversa, sendo que ela mesma assumiu que tem dificuldades em falar baixo. Passei por um constrangimento que poderia ter sido evitado. Além de tudo quando ela percebeu que tinha sido grosseira, ao pedir perdão pela forma que disse, começou a dizer que era dona e gerente da rede dos 4 restaurantes (algo que eu já a sabia e que não faria diferença nessa situação). Aliás, como proprietária do restaurante ela deveria se espelhar em suas empregadas, que sempre foram super gentis comigo e que me pediram sinceras desculpas pela grosseria dela. Além de tudo ela me disse que o veganismo é pelos animais, humanos e o planeta (concordo plenamente), então sendo assim acho que falta ela analisar este ponto, pois se ela é daquele jeito, eu não sou. O nível da conversa continuou sendo o mesmo, ela falando alto e eu no mesmo tom de voz. E por ser a dona deveria ser bem mais simpática, em qualquer situação adversa, e não somente na hora de oferecer sorvetes. Fica a dica .

The menu is new and big and they have many options of vegan cheese. By the way, they are 100% vegan, including the other branches. The ambient is nice and the staff is really friendly. Also offers delivery service (restricted area).
