They have different vegan options, even dessert! It has a small terrace and they put some vegan tapenade with the drink as well. Very good prices and good staff.

I've come back to Pontevedra after 4 years to see my family and I was a bit anxious about finding anywhere to eat.
Read moreThis place was a real saviour as they serve great, tasty food for very reasonable prices. What I really liked is that the vegan option for the burger is cheaper than the ones with meat. If I could, I would give them the full 5 stars for charging less for the compassionate option, well done!
I tried the albondigas (omg yes!!), the burger and the tacos and they were all great. If you find yourself strolling down the medieval streets of Pontevedra, treat yourself to a nice meal at La Casita.

I looked online and asked around and there seems to be no 100% vegetarian place in Pontevedra. So this place has several choices that should keep vegans and vegetarians content.

There's a vegan hamburger made with lentils and vegan tacos made with black beans & guacamole.
And one of the salads doesn't have either cheese or eggs.
There's a meal that comes with vegan meatballs (made with lentils).
Cazuela has several different vegetables mixed with rice and beans.
For dessert there's vegan mango ice cream.
So at least they're trying!
The day I ate there, the food was good but not extraordinary. To expect more would be expecting too much, and especially at these low prices. I had a Tosta, a salad, and a wine drink and the total was €11.30.

Very nice staff, offers a vegan dish per menu (toast, tacos, fried patties, casserole, meatballs...). They say they are planning to up their vegan options to 50% of their menu after summer.

Por cada tipo de platos (hamburguesas, tacos, cazuelitas...) hay una opción vegana. Todo está muy rico, no es caro y la atención es muy buena, aunque a veces hay que tener algo de paciencia.
