Bambu Vigo is such a delightful surprise! The place feels instantly cosy, and the owners are very friendly. One of the highlights is definitely their menu. They actually list extra costs for asking whether the bacon or cheese is vegan! 😆

Fuimos dos veces y todo lo que pedimos nos encantó. Tiene una carta que es lo bastante grande para poder decidir qué pedir sin muchas complicaciones. Restaurante medianamente pequeño que está a un paso del centro de Vigo. El nuevo menú que tienen desde enero es aún más interesante que el anterior.
Read moreLa comida es buena, las porciones correctas, y el precio acompaña a ambos. Para dos personas, con dos principales y un entrante/dos postres acabáis saciados. Las hamburguesas están bastante bien, las pizzas son de notable y los platos principales tienen buena variedad.
No es un local que suela estar muy lleno, pero el servicio está siempre en marcha. Siempre que he ido había una sola persona para toda función, por lo que suele haber un poco de espera. El trato, pese a ello, es muy bueno.
En definitiva, un sitio interesante en Vigo en el que comer comida vegana buena por unos 14 euros/persona.

I had the seitan fajita, and my partner went for the peanut tofu bowl—both were absolutely delicious! It was such a treat to find a fully vegan spot in Vigo, especially since we struggled more than expected to find good options when we visited in February 2025. When we arrived for lunch, all the tables were booked, so definitely call ahead if you're planning to go during the day! Luckily, we were able to reserve a spot for dinner without any trouble. Highly recommend!

What I liked best was the mushroom cashew soup of the day. It was full of flavour with a pleasant texture. The rice pudding with mango was rather forgettable and the pakoras with beetroot tzatziki sounded great, but were vapid and overly oily for my taste. The service was friendly and extremely accommodating.
