Really delicious bagels with all kinds of awesome toppings. Half of the menu is vegan which is incredible. I can’t wait to go back and try more.

Good bagel - Edit
Best bagel I’ve found on this coast, and I’ve searched a lot. The carrot lox is lovely, as are the vegan cream cheeses. Staff was very kind.

Delicious, excellent vegan variety - Edit
We ordered 4 bagels and the French toast bagel bites. We subbed dairy cream cheese for the vegan cream cheese, but they honestly would have been very good with the vegan kind, as well. All were really yummy. Highly recommend.

Plenty of great options - Edit
Chai from Fellini, next door. They only have regular coffee at Bageltopia.
Read moreBit of walk from Bart, but was in area for dental appointment. About a mile to work up my appetite.
Plenty of space indoors but still pretty busy Friday at 9am. Nice clean comfortable dine in experience.
Easy ordering, got veganova , on sesame, not toasted. It's one of the few things I miss since wfpb conversion. You get a pager for when order ready, which I find very useful. Looks like the really thing!! Pretty dang close in texture and flavor to the original. Slightly less fishy but tasty. Nice to have a similar bagel experience for both vegan and non vegan, and not just a few vegan options. I hope to try other options but am rarely in the area.

Vegan Cream Cheese and Carrot Lox! - Edit
The offering of vegan cream cheese is top-notch and the carrot lox are out of this world, as well as the jack fruit “tuna salad” that tastes even better than tuna salad! I personally love the Sushinova bagel with wasabi cream cheese, nori, pickled ginger, and lemon infused “tobiko”. They take vegan options to the next level!

Great vegan selection - Edit
Finally a bagel shop that has vegan cream cheese, carrot lox, jackfruit tuna, and even vegan honey! I've had the vegan classic, vegan nova, not-tuna salad, and the vegan farmstand and they were all very tasty.
Read moreI really appreciate that every non-vegan option on the menu has a vegan counterpart. It clearly shows that the business cares about its vegan customers and we are not an afterthought.
Pros: Many vegan options

Half vegan menu - Edit
Delicious fresh bagels and the entire menu is available in a vegan option. They make carrot lox, jackfruit tuna salad and have a tofu scramble and vegan quiche. Three favors of vegan cream cheese including double date (sooo good!), Calabrian chili and scallion.

Creative Vegan Bagels - Edit
We got takeout from Bageltopia twice in April, 2024. The food was beautiful and delicious.
Read moreThe first time was a weekend morning. I wanted to try the carrot lox but they had run out of them! Staff was quick to recommend the jackfruit salad and offered me a sample while I waited in line. It was delicious so I ordered that on an everything bagel. I also shared the Vegan Farmstand, a delicious tofu scramble on a bagel.
I had to make a return trip a few days later on a weekday morning and it wasn't busy yet. I wanted to try the carrot lox. I ordered the Vegan Nova, a classic with cream cheese, carrot lox, capers, red onion and Dill. It was really good and with a return trip.
Pros: Beautiful, Creative food, Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Bagels are smaller than they appear, Long waits on weekends

Many great vegan options - Edit
So many great vegan options, including plant based honey and vegan cc’s and vegan lox! Also it’s in the same location as the King’s Feet so there’s parking!
