Non-veg
Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican-fusion restaurant offers two different types of vegetarian burritos and tacos: rice and beans and grilled tofu (easily made vegan with no cheese or sour cream). Other vegetarian items are salads, quesadillas, a black bean quinoa burger, and a grilled tofu wrap (all of which could be easily made vegan). Fun, low-key atmosphere and great specials throughout the week.

Delicious! - Edit
Our server was a vegetarian and was well educated about the vegan options! The guacamole was fresh, chips were hot and fresh, and our burritos were so good. The tofu is very well marinated, seasoned, and grilled. It is not like your usual second thought bland tofu option at all! The serving sizes were generous and I left very satisfied with my meal.

Fresh and delicious! - Edit
There were several vegan/GF options on the menu, and they were easy to find and order. Tasty beans, rice, tofu, grilled peppers/onions, guac, and several house made salsa. Wished I could have had the house made black bean/quinoa burger, but it has cheese in the recipe and is therefore not vegan.

Vegan Dream - Edit
This was a great place for both me and my husband. I had the Callie wrap w/o cheese and cilantro garlic fries. Everything was delicious and so many other options for vegetarians or vegans. The salsa Verde was spectacular! Great service!!!Please check it out if you can!

Tofu Fun in the Outer Banks! - Edit
My extended family and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Bad Bean Baja Grill! I think they were expecting some "weird vegan place," when I suggested the grill, but all were pleasantly surprised by the menu. I ordered a grilled tofu burrito, and it was delicious! I think the others ate shrimp or something.

5 Star Veggie options not 4 - Edit
OK... Walk in and the menu offerings are almost veggie by default. It was veggie and optionally add meat. A nice way to go. And... The food was the best we had on OBX north of Avon. Highly recommended.

A great find in Outer Banks - Edit
Saw this restaurant listed on HappyCow but no reviews. Decided to go in with my 16-year-old non-vegan nonvegetarian son. We were on vacation from Orlando and I really wanted to find someplace with vegan options for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to find a menu had quite the array of vegan and vegetarian optionsand items that could become vegan. I spoke to what I believe was the owner manager and he said he is a carnivore but most of his family are vegan and you can see it reflected in the menu. I took pictures of both sides of the menu I recommend if you're vegan in the Outer Banks to go check this place out.
