Cute shop - Edit
Thomas runs a super cute shop in a hip part of town. He and his friend chatted with me and were very amiable. Although he has an excellent array of shoes to choose from, I actually needed a new belt. He was apologetic that his inventory was running a bit low since he was waiting on a new shipment. But I was able to find one with a style and size that suited me from Ahimsa in Brazil, which turned out to be a double-sided belt, so it’s like having two belts in one. Not only that, he was running a 20% off everything promotion that day, so I got an even better deal. What a great retail experience! He’s also friends with Moo Shoes in NYC, so I’ll be passing along greetings from him when I visit in a month.

whether you're looking for shoes, socks or bags, you should definitely stop by at avesu. they have a very good assortment of sustainable and vegan products and staff is very helpful if you have questions.
Read morestocks well-known brands such as doc martens or veja but also has rather unknown ones. you can also find things from ethnotek - an enterprise that is using traditional textiles from all over the world to turn it into bags and accessoires.
the products at avesu are not cheap but high quality and very worth their price.

This shoe shop is located directly above Veganz supermarket, which was a cool surprise. They have a great range of vegan shoes such as trainers and boots, as well as other accessories such as belts, wallets and bags. I really liked the feel of the shop and the shoes looked good quality.

There are very few vegan shoe options in Berlin so Avesu is really nice if you want to go to a physical store. It's right above Veganz (vegan supermarket) and next to Secret Garden (vegan sushi restaurant). The shoes are on the fancier dressier side and the prices are high, but the quality is also very high. They also sell some bags, belts, shoe things like insoles and laces etc. the staff are informative and helpful.

After eventually finding the perfect pair of shoes, he threw in a (free) extra pair of insoles and laces!
All shoes bought here come with a lifetime guarantee and as long as you keep hold of the receipt, you are entitled to a reduced race on laces, insoles etc!
The shoes are not super cheap, but you receive top quality service here!

The staff is friendly and helpful, not pressuring you to buy anything quickly, but giving good advice. They also have bags and belts, as well as shoe polish etc.
If you want a particular model and size, you can check in their online store and/or call before. They know that some people travel a distance to get to the store, so they can tell you when an order is there, whether they have the shoes at the store currently and can also reserve them for you.
