Poor Customer Service - Edit
Despite it being almost 2-months, I still do not have a product nor do I have a refund. The customer service team refuses to do anything about it as they are still trying to get more information from the shipping company about whether it is lost (it is lost...it has been 2 months). I am stuck without a winter hat and with a large hole in my bank account, and Avesu won't do anything about it.
