ONE OF THE BEST IN BROOKLYN - Edit
Everything they do here rocks. Everything they put out and make is wildly delicious and not too far from its natural form. Lots of honor to mushrooms here! The lobster roll is a MUST! It is a classic at Aunts et Uncles. Perfectly lemony and dill. I believe it’s made with hearts of palm for the “lobster.” The smashburger is everyone’s favorite burger- not just in New York, but nation wide. I’ve heard this from family and friends visiting from all over. Their lasagna is soo big (could be shared between two) and the Mac and cheese hits the spot like no other vegan Mac! Thankful for this place 🙏🙏

Pros: Lobster roll, Smashburger , Mac & cheese

I felt cared for at Aunts et Uncles. The whole dining experience was so intentional and community-oriented. And the food was phenomenal!!! Healthful and flavor in every bite. What more can I say? I hope to be back again soon.

Amazing flavorful and hearty vegan food! Will be back! - Edit
Been wanting to try this vegan restaurant for a while and so happy I got to experience it today—well worth the wait! Definitely plan to make a reservation in advance because it was packed when I arrived.
Read moreThe waitstaff were friendly and kind, and notified in advance that our drinks may take a bit of a long time to be served because there seemed to be only two main servers.
We ordered the following dishes (all of which were delicious and rich in flavor and very generous portions):
- Fruit of Heirloom Lasagne (w/ added roasted mushrooms): Absolutely delicious! Couldn’t even tell it was dairy-free. My favorite dish I tried today. Lasagne was coated with a generous layer of mushrooms. Not spicy.
- Inna Double Bowl: Super tasty with a mix of ingredients that blended well together. If you’re into chickpeas, you’ll love this!
- Tivoli Taco: Refreshing and yummy! One very big single taco.
- Loaded Potatoes (side): Very big portion akin to a regular entree size. Has a kick to it, which added some nice spice. Had similar flavors as the Tivoli Taco.
- Coffee (w/ almond milk)
Wonderful meal! It was an extra bonus being able to support a Black-owned business.
Would have loved to try the desserts as they seemed to get stellar reviews but was so stuffed from these amazing dishes. Will definitely be back!

So delicious - Edit
We had a fantastic brunch with our niece, sharing 4 dishes - French toast with chicken bites, mac and cheese, cauliflower with peanut sauce, and a breakfast sandwich. We sat outside in front which was very nice. All the food was so delicious. The service was on the slow side but very cheerful. They do not have decaf coffee or espresso.

Waited 45 minutes, food never came. - Edit
The service was really slow. Couldn't wait any longer so ended up with Taco Bell bean burritos that were actually quite good.

We came here for our anniversary dinner. Ordered Chicken Bites, Fish Cakes, All Green Everything, Wild Flower Salad, Ginger Cucumber Juice. Everything was tasty and prepared with care. The juice had a really strong ginger kick, we never had before.

A dream come true - Edit
This was my third visit since they opened a few years ago. Each time the food and the atmosphere have been excellent. Great, creative, vegan dishes; a lovely space; and a warm, welcoming vibe make this a vegan "dream spot".
Read moreToday we had: split pea & potato soup (chunky with just the right about of spicy heat), the wildflower salad (perfection), and the pasta & garlic bread (pasta was great and the garlic bread a revelation).
We also had the pudding cake, which was so terrific that I dove right in and forgot to take a photo!! (It was lovely, by the way.) Now I know why there are NO dessert photos here...no one can wait!
I see they now have a food truck near the Brooklyn Museum (Summer House) that I absolutely MUST visit before the season is over!
Pros: 100% vegan, EXCELLENT Quality Eats, Great all around experience

Was that really a half cauliflower I just ate? Or was that an amazing vegetable coated in peanut sauce? This place is creative and cutting edge. Small place, so consider a reservation.
