Vegan concept store & restaurant-cafe est. 2017. Serves American/Cali inspired foods from 11am-10pm with burgers, toasts and seasonal bowls. Classic BLT cheeseburger w/ Beyond meat, "ultimate selfish" burger with Gardein, housemade mac'n'cheese, quesadillas and nachos. On the weekends there is brunch until 6pm. The coffee shop offers granola bowls, pancakes, latte drinks, juices, and gluten-free pastries. In the store you will find clothing, accessories, books, natural beauty products, and select groceries for sale. Seats 70 indoor + outdoor. Phone reservations taken. Open Wed-Sun 11:00-23:00. Closed Mon & Tue.

Shared a tofu starter ând had a Season bowl ând a mozza mushroom dish with pumpkin. Very good. Cakes nice but too sweet for my palette. 70 euros for two with coffee ând one viennoiserie to take out.

Plats salés très très bons, mais desserts un peu ecoeurants (j'en ai goûté 4 ou 5, cheesecakes ou gâteaux à étages). Le noselfish burger est très copieux, la fausse mozza a vraiment une texture et un goût uniques, bien plus réussis que la plupart des similis du style.
Read moreModification quelques années plus tard : la carte a changé et est encore mieux qu'avant, il y a beaucoup plus de desserts et ils sont plus fins gustativement. Le choix est énorme et c'est très appréciable. Il y a la fois des plats conforts-gras et des choses plus light selon nos envies, les légumes sont bons. Un bon choix sans gluten aussi.

On a Saturday evening they're fully booked and I can see why. The menu offers a great variety of dishes. And great pastries. The people working there work really hard and are real pro's. Your order finds you quickly and surprisingly I can recommend the jus de pommes chaud.

I was pleased to be able to try a French style dish, a blanquette made with tofu, as a change from the usual international fare in many vegan places. It didn't disappoint, though it was slightly awkward to cut up the whole (generously-proportioned and tasty) carrot and leek inside a bowl. The cakes also looked very good but sadly we didn't have room to try them. We liked the vegan emporium inside, and the emphasis on ethics.
Read moreIf you plan to go for dinner, do book ahead as it was heaving. I did, but could only get a table outside (which was fine), and even then we got told off for sitting at it, after being shown to it by another member of staff. No doubt just a crossed wire, and they did apologise, but it didn't exactly make us feel welcome. Other than that, the service was excellent.

The BEST Vegan Food in Paris - Super! - Edit
We visited here for dinner on one of our nights to Paris and it was probably one of the best vegan meals of my life. I’ve eaten at a lot of places, vegan and not, and the food was absolutely incredible. You could tell the place was well loved by how busy it was with locals and I definitely get the hype.
Read moreThe starters came (special mention to the nachos) and did not disappointment. Brilliant portion sizes, fantastic flavours and a great start. Then the mains… the Croque-Monsieur was the most delicious sandwich/toastie French creation I’ve ever had. My boyfriend’s mac and cheese was also absolutely gorgeous.
Not an understatement when we say it is one of the nicest vegan restaurants we have ever visited (not just in France). We will definitely be back! Perfect vibes too and a lovely shop to buy all the vegan essentials. Thanks for making our Paris trip so special!

Aujourd’hui Demain is where I had the best meal of my entire stay in Paris. It was so amazing I wish I had had more time to go back. If you go (you really should) try the CROQUE-MONSIEUR FOREVER I almost cry when I tried it, that’s how good it was, the bread was super soft and fluffy but crispy on the outside, just perfect, the ham had no rival, the cream cheese omg it made me melt! It comes with some grilled onions, salad, potatoes and bechamel with mushrooms, I didn’t know it came with a saldad so I also ordered le PETITE SALADE DE SAISON which was also delicious! And yes, I ate it all! I am just sorry I didn’t have room for dessert😒everything looked amazing. I want to go back to Paris and try Aujourd’hui Demain’s entire menu. 🤩

We went there for Brunch. They had a special offer including a savoury plate (eggs Benedict or pancakes with sausage) a dessert (a tartelette or a granola bowl), and a pain au chocolate, also cold and a hot drink. It was delicious and the price was reasonable. The service was fast and very friendly! They have also a store inside the cafe selling clothes as well as great vegan groceries!

I was only in Paris for a few days, but 3 visits while on my trip might not have been enough. This food is amazing! The Mac and cheese carbonara is a must try. It’s what kept me coming back. I begged for the recipe on my last day it was that good. In addition, the servers are incredibly kind and helpful when helping you decide what to order. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Best vegan mac and cheese of my life!
