Open Thu-Fri 10:00-16:00, Sat-Sun 10:00-15:30. Closed Mon. - Wed. | Kitchen closes at 3:30pm on weekdays and at 3pm on weekends. Hours are subject to change - check Google for latest hours.

Read moreThe iced matcha was very good already, but the eggs benedict were just fantastic! There is actual liquid coming out when cutting it and the taste was so close to the original, I wouldnt have believed this to be vegan! The avocado cream was super tasty as well and this is one of the very few places that offer something like vegan deli slices on their sandwiches.
The portion size was a little small for md though, but getting a dessert definetely filled me up.
The strawberry cheesecake had a great consistency and wasnt too sweet.
A must visit for a vegan in Barcelona!

I have been vegan for the past 10 years - I have travelled the world and tasted amazing food throughout this years BUT NOTHING like the vegan eggs I tried at Asante. The cafe is small and cozy and offers a few options to eat - we got the mozzarella tost and the vegan eggs Benedict and we were in such a shock when we tried them that we actually had to ask the chef if they are really vegan - apologies for that😄Dont miss it if you are in Barcelona!!!

Read moreThe chef here is an alchemist, somehow managing to create an almost perfect replica of a poached egg with runny yolk using all natural, vegan ingredients. It was incredibly impressive and beautifully presented.
We had quite a few things on the menu. All delicious and made in house including all the bread and 'cheese'.
The cheesecake is also outstanding and the closest thing to a real baked cheesecake since becoming vegan.
Well worth venturing out for. The staff are also incredibly lovely and extremely humble. The chef here is so talented at both texture and flavour and really passionate about vegan food.
Pros: Very hospitable and knowledgeable staff, Food you won't find anywhere else

Staff are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is clean, calm and gentle. 100/10
EDIT: Day 2 was equally incredible and I found out that the owner makes every component in house! The cheese, ham, bread, sauces and egg are all their own recipe. Insane.

If I could rate Asante more than 5 stars, I would! Everything about this cafe is incredible. The food is divine (seriously, the eggs Benedict is to die for—how does the owner do it???), the drinks are delicious, and the owner is so warm and friendly. I would return again and again!

Increíble. Llevo meses viéndolo en IG con ganas de ir. Hoy finalmente fui con unas amigas no-veganas a hacer un brunch y todas salimos encantadísimas. Los huevos son alucinantes, me ha hecho muy feliz poder volver a mojar pan en yema ❤️. La oferta dulce y salada también riquísima. Todo home made y con mucho amor. El personal un 10 también.

This food is made with love! The guy that runs this cafe is super friendly and passionate about his food. Could not rave enough about the vegan eggs Benedict. Still mouth agape about how he magical made a vegan egg. Toasties were tasty too and excellent coffees. Also enjoyed a matcha latte. Please do not not let the current road works put you off going. We ordered everything on the menu! All of it was great! 100% plant based. The “cheddar“ that they used tasted like real cheddar. Somehow they were able to create “eggs” Benedict that really seemed like eggs, including a plant-based yolk. They did a truly great job and the service was extraordinarily friendly!

Cafetería de desayunos y brunch con carta sencilla con bikinis y dulces. El plato estrella son los huevos benedict, merece mucho la pena probarlo aunque sea caro. Los sándwiches y dulces están bien de precio y el café está muy bueno. El local es algo pequeño pero se está cómodo y el trato es bueno.

Read moreUn brunch espectacular amb una carta perita, però més que suficient. Ous a banda (que són d’una altra galàxia, boníssims), la resta d’opcions també són molt delicioses. Dolç o salat, no falles. També tema batuts, cafès… i una estoneta de calma al poble sec.
